Feeding in the pregnancy

 

During the pregnancy it is the most important to have a healthy and balanced feeding, since our son will feed on our organism, and also of each and everyone of the food that we take.

Food during the pregnancy: the fibres

Two types of fibres exist:

The soluble fibres:

The insoluble fibres:

So if the fibre ingestion increases, it is fundamental to increase also the ingestion of these minerals.

It is important that the mom consults with a nutricionista specializing in pregnancy. He will organize a diet balanced for this stage.

Meats:

The proteins that contain the meats are necessary for the development of the baby, the increase of the blood volume and the growth of the womb. Also the meats contribute iron and vitamins of the group B, and the defenses increase.

Advices at the time of eating meats:

  1. Not to eat raw meat, or home-made sausages, to avoid to contract toxoplasmosis (illness that can provoke miscarriage or cerebral damages in the baby). The very low temperatures (between-18 and – 23 grades), and the high temperatures (superior to 60 grades) destroy the toxoplasma.
